10.1 These Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with and shall be governed by the laws in force in the State of Victoria.

10.2 You irrevocably submit to and accept the exclusive jurisdiction of any of the Courts of the State of Victoria or the Commonwealth of Australia and any courts of appeal from these courts.
